The Program "Embedded Coaching International” provides a four weeks period in Silicon Valley, where the participant is immediately immersed in this inspiring world full of ambition and business opportunities, which typifies Silicon Valley. It’s focus is on the entrepreneur's international business proposition. In the Embedded Coaching Program, he is supported by our Silicon Valley innovation network "of various experts and organizations. . 

We start from day one with a clear Technology Description, which is then converted to an appealing Business Value Proposition. These two principles are essential pieces of luggage in all network calls, what you should have at your disposal at all times. 

After this first phase, we work on all aspects and components of a business development plan. We work for eight weeks step by step all the aspect of a successful business plan. We develop, check and evaluate again and again together with our experts and coaches each step. 

Parts of the program that are in addition to the Technology Description and Value Proposition, are the IP issues, market opportunities, distribution alternatives, the possible financial structures and how an management team formation is a critical success factor.

Counseling 
Embedded Coaching offers a customized program with the necessary services such as office location, access to various innovation and network meetings and a mentor on the scene where the entrepreneur can get answers for all his questions.
