Embedded Coaching is a program that helps companies in their global business approach. The program was inspired by the sister city relationship between Palo Alto and Enschede (1980) and the Economic Alliance (2007) between these cities.
Vision
We see that far too little technological innovations succeed in their potential to turn into successful global brands, products and companies
Mission
We want to provide these companies and entrepreneurs with tools to support them in their business approach on a global scale. The result should be that their unique and innovative products or technologies succeed in achieving commercial success.
Strategy
Therefore we immerse these entrepreneurs for eight weeks in the inspiring and entrepreneurial world of Silicon Valley to shape their business approach with a commercial successful and global focus.
Implementation
Embedded Coaching has an extensive network of experts, institutes and companies in Silicon Valley. This enables us to develop a program for the companies in our Embedded Coaching Approach to benefit from individual counselling and business development. Moreover, we have a business incubator who has 20 years experience in Silicon Valley, a guide and coach to ensure that from day 1 to day 60, the companies can devote themselves entirely to their business. This business incubator can provide all the necessary contacts, networking meetings, finding and booking the right experts in close consultation. As a consequence the active time during this period is very efficient and effective.
Who
The approach of this project Embedded Coaching International (ECI) is for entrepreneurs who want to develop their business in Silicon Valley because they believe in their potential and have the ambition to create a company with a global focus. They want to benefit from the inspiration in Silicon Valley and use the support of our team of experts who are available for them.
This may be particularly interesting for:
1. Start-ups, who want to elaborate their Technolgy Description, and Value Proposition
2. Entrepreneurs who have been successful in their home market and now want to continue with an international breakthrough
3. Intrapreneurs, with a product or technology that is not yet commercialized in their company and want to use Embedded Coaching to examine the potential of this commercialisation.
Timing
In the fall of 2009 we will have our next trip
